The Diva USA Returns and Exchanges policy is designed to make your shopping experience as simple and transparent as possible. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every purchase, and we genuinely hope you love every item you receive.
As a small boutique, we carefully inspect every return to ensure our fashion pieces remain in excellent condition for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and support of our business.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
✔ In original, resalable condition
✔ Neatly folded before being returned
Items showing signs of wear, excessive wrinkling, damage, or improper handling may not be accepted.
If a return does not meet our requirements, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Window
Under the Diva USA Returns and Exchanges policy, returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Returns received after the 14-day period may not qualify for store credit unless return shipping arrangements are made by the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Diva USA cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
Delivered Packages
Diva USA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and high demand, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to avoid missing out on your preferred item.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
The Diva USA Returns and Exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from:
